These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer brought to you by Counting King Limited, whose registered office is 10 Exchange Quay, Salford, England, M5 3EQ (“Counting King”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
We are offering all Referral Partners a £100 Amazon Gift Voucher in exchange for an introduction to a new business client that makes a successful R&D claim with us between 30 October 2023 and 31 December 2023. (“Promotion”).
The Promotion is open to all Counting King Referral Partners. This Promotion is not available to Counting King employees. By receiving this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, on LinkedIn, or communicated to you in any other way.
All referrals are subject to our Referral Partner agreement and subject to our standard terms and conditions. The Promotion is subject to the introduction of a new business client who makes a successful R&D claim where our invoiced fee for services is £5,000 or more. If the claim is unsuccessful or the invoiced fee for services is £4,999 or less, the Promotional voucher shall not be issued.
Our Liability to you
We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

If you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion. Counting King reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.
Counting King reserves the right to extend the Promotion at its discretion.
These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.
